My name is Clive Huntbach. I was born into a dairy farming family in Cheshire. My professional background is in residential childcare, where I worked for a variety of different agencies including residential schools and childrens homes. I looked after and supported children and young people with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties. This is where I first got my interest in counselling, working together with counsellors in these settings. I followed this interest in studying at Keele University.
I have taught Counselling Psychology at both Keele University and South Cheshire College up to MSc level.
